Description
When multimillionaire Oscar Khomeyer dies, he leaves his fortune to his best friend, Leo the cat. Leo had always considered Oscar the only person worth talking to, until he begins to develop a relationship with the children of his new caregiver, Bart and Veronica. This becomes critical when Leo falls victim to a catnapping scheme and needs their help.
